Description

American Beauty is a neighborhood steakhouse in Venice with a menu that features beef, seafood, and seasonal market vegetables. Our horseshoe serves a range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections.

We are looking for experienced line cooks for day / morning shifts. The right candidate will be eager to provide a great experience for our guests, organized, consistent and efficient.

Requirements

Qualifications:

2 years experience as a line cook in a contemporary, Chef driven, full-service restaurant
A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution
Basic knife skills
Detail oriented and cool under pressure
Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
Have a flexible schedule and open availability
