We are looking for a
full-time (salaried) IT Specialist to join our corporate offices in
Fallbrook, CA.

The IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company's IT infrastructure is safe and secure.

This includes overseeing all IT systems including CRM and security as well as overseeing the daily operations within the IT department.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT department
  • Develop new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime
  • Create strategies for upgrading the network whenever new update are available
  • Support SWB employees by troubleshooting all issues and concerns
  • Provide Vice President with biweekly recap details of projects
  • Ensure compliance with IT budget
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, implementations, migrations and outages
  • Traveling to various locations to provide support
  • Identify potential infrastructure or safety issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct system audits and routine checks on the network to ensure data integrity and security
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guidelines for the company
  • Enforce all security equipment is in running order
  • Stay up to date with new network technology and report relevant information to the Vice President
  • Work closely with department managers to assess growth needs and maintenance of company's network
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Able to use professional discretion with regard to highly confidential businessrelated items
  • Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
  • Indepth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
  • A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive and detailed reports while ensuring data integrity and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Dependable and Reliable
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to adapt to various audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work weekends (as needed)

Education, Experience and Certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in information technology
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Expert use of Office365 and Azure active directory
