We are an expanding, medium-sized real estate company in Bochum with over 60 years of experience. Our focus is on revitalizing and renting residential, commercial, and office buildings in the RUHRPOTT.

Your tasks:

  • Contact person for tax consultants and auditors
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Accompanying annual audits
  • Liquidity planning and cost control
  • Preparation of corporate annual tax returns
  • Creating statistics / evaluations
  • Participation in reporting to owners

Your skills:

  • Completed vocational training with further training as a certified accountant
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting and VAT law
  • Relevant accounting experience in the real estate industry
  • Communication skills, assertiveness, and organizational skills
  • Precise, structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of ix-Haus desirable
