An LTC/SNF in Ossining, NY, is seeking 2 RN/LPNs from 5/18-6/28 to fill in for leave vacancies. This short-term contract is paying LPN
$45-$47/hr & RN-$54-$57/hr.

You will be responsible for one unit (15-beds) of geriatric patients. There are support staff available.


Shift A: 7a-3p - rotating weekends, 40 hours a week.

Shift B: 3p-11a - rotating weekends, 40 hours a week.
Double shifts are welcomed and encouraged


Registered Nurse Responsibilities:


  • Provides for nursing care by established policy, physician's orders, the resident plan of care, and within the scope of practice of a RN;
  • Utilizing sound nursing practice principles, the RN will ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care in the assigned home area(s);
  • Develops and sustains a plan of care to meet residents' assessed needs;
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of drug and narcotic keys in accordance with professional standards and facility policies;
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of nursing care delivered;
  • Demonstrates a professional working knowledge of all equipment used in the delivery of nursing care;
  • Follows all corporate policies and procedures; contributes to the development of site specific nursing policies as indicated

Job Requirements:


  • NYS Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nurse License and Registration
  • BLS/Life Support Training
  • Uptodate medical, inclusive of Physical, Habituation Statement, 2 PPDs
    OR QFT/TB Clearance,
    or Chest X-Ray & Habituation Statement (within the last year)
  • MMR/Titers Lab Report
  • Flu Vaccination (if applicable) or Declination
  • 2 forms of governmentissued ID to validate employment eligibility
  • 2 satisfactory professional references
  • Malpractice Insurance required
