Our company was founded in 1957 and manages several thousand residential and commercial units in the greater Nuremberg / Fürth / Erlangen area. After being taken over by son Thomas Baum, the property management was successfully continued by Thomas and Christine Baum until 2017. Since 2017, managing director Thomas Maier and his knowledgeable team have taken over all tasks, from accounting, commercial management, technical building maintenance, rental, to sales, for numerous long-standing private clients and institutional clients.

You will independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the area of accounting
You will book business transactions and maintain master data
You will create operating cost and homeowner association statements
You will manage and monitor payments and reminders
You will support in monthly, quarterly
