- Responsible for receiving and inspecting products, labeling items accurately, and flagging any discrepancies in deliveries and invoices.
- Organize and store incoming products in designated locations, following FIFO inventory controls for perishable items.
- May involve training and operating manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts.
- Pick inventory to fulfill orders, following established procedures.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
- Load, unload, and transport products to various warehouse areas or client locations using carts, PIVs, or motor vehicles.
- Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on set schedules.
- Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory records, temperature logs, and equipment inspections.
- Ensure cleanliness in assigned work areas, including restrooms, break areas, and loading docks.
- Follow safety policies, OSHA requirements, and emergency procedures, using necessary safety equipment.
- Take measures to secure client and company assets.
- Engage with clients, employees, vendors, and customers for business-related activities and meetings.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years of prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Manual dexterity for machinery operation.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Some client sites may require a valid driver's license.
