Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage and supervise shop personnel, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Coordinate with managers to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion
- Utilize Dealership management software to track progress and manage work flow
- Help Estimate repair costs and write estimates
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment
- Train new employees on shop procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the RV industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy and ability to learn dealership management system (IDS)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
