We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in our Concord office.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Administrative duties (e.g., reception, answering phones, copying, etc.)
  • Receive and scan closing loan packages
  • Build and review collateral packages for inaccuracies and clear any issues prior to delivering
  • Work with Warehouse Team to package and send collateral packages to respective warehouse banks
  • Purge old file as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and a selfmotivated individual.
  • Problem solver with excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Encompass LOS preferred
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k. The pay range is $18 - $22/hr. This is a full-time position.
