We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in our Concord office.Duties and responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Administrative duties (e.g., reception, answering phones, copying, etc.)
- Receive and scan closing loan packages
- Build and review collateral packages for inaccuracies and clear any issues prior to delivering
- Work with Warehouse Team to package and send collateral packages to respective warehouse banks
- Purge old file as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and a selfmotivated individual.
- Problem solver with excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of Encompass LOS preferred
