Your new area of responsibility:


  • Checking orders and deliveries and booking the corresponding delivery notes to invoices.
  • Creation of outgoing invoices in the merchandise management system and sending them.
  • Processing of invoice changes, complaints, and involvement in the dunning process.
  • Maintenance of customer master data in the merchandise management system.
  • Close cooperation with sales, purchasing/logistics, and service controlling.

What you bring with you:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Professional experience in the abovementioned tasks.
  • Knowledge of at least one
