Description
What Will You Be Doing?

  • Composes, mixes, and masters music and sound effects for Company products.
  • Implementing audio assets into the game engine.
  • Creates custom sound effects and records them for future product use.
  • Provides implementation instructions to internal teams for sound cues usage.
  • Iterates on content based on stakeholder feedback and meets management deadlines.
  • Acts as a liaison for crossfunctional teams on audio projects.
  • Ensures audio deliverables are tested on product hardware and troubleshoots implementation issues independently.
  • Records and delivers voiceovers for projects.
  • Conducts research and provides mockups to determine suitable audio for projects.
  • Ensures assigned content meets Company volume standards with mínimal guidance.
  • Creates troubleshooting documents and formats audio ports for different Company platforms as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:

  • 2+ years of experience as a composer and sound designer for games
  • casino or otherwise.
  • Ability to compose in every style and genre.
  • Instrument proficiency, music programming, and composition experience.
  • Audio manipulation experience.
  • Understanding of music theory.
  • Solid understanding of the game development process.
  • Coaching voiceover talent.
  • Experience with audio tools like Cocos, Unity, XACT, and Wwise, or other professional sound tools.
