    **Customer Service Associate**

    **Key responsibilities include:**

    All aspects of excellent internal and external customer service via telephone, written correspondence, email, fax and website activities

    Maintenance of Customer account information & records, to include Sales Tax Exemption

    Create and provide price quotes and enter Customer orders

    Resolve Customer product issues by entering QC cases to facilitate solutions to the customers satisfaction

    Process product returns

    Maintain product and company knowledge to provide accurate, consistent and reliable customer and sales support

    Assist with light bookkeeping activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivable

    Provide weekly and monthly sales flash reports for management

    **Successful candidates will have the following Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**

    General Office & Professional Skills

    + Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism

    + Very strong numeracy and written skills

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

    + Exceptional organizational skills, filing and record keeping practices

    + Ability to prioritize appropriately and work independently to complete tasks timely and superbly

    + Strong problem solving skills and flexibility to learn and adapt to challenges

    + Hard-working and driven, self-starter, curious and growth-oriented

    Computer Skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

    + Preferred to have experience using an accounting system

    + Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce, is desired

    + Strong typing skills

    Physical Requirements:

    + Able to safely lift and handle products up to 40 lb

    + Able to bend and reach safely for products in a warehouse

    Educational Requirements

    + Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent time in professional office setting

    + Customer Service experience is required
