  • Active marketing of service and repair services
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management
  • Actively identifying customer needs and repair requirements
  • Order and appointment tracking, including quality control
  • Invoicing, invoice review, and explanation
  • Ensuring customer mobility
