    Description
    The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew.

    Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

    Requirements


    Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be fluent in English & SpanishPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experienceAbility to lift and push 50 lbs.

    Ability to stand for long periodsFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysPreferred:

    Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe CertificationAbility to work with computersMust follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policiesMust be able to produce authorized U.S.

    Plan his/her shiftsVerifies compliance of procedures and protocolsAttends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operationAssist the General ManagerCoach and lead a team with no supervisionInvolves himself in the operational and technical training of employeesMaintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energyVerifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaintsApplies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and proceduresOpen/close restaurantAssist with inventory (logging)Assist with staffing needsAssist with controllables and laborMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
