- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational and strategic matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met through our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and business development, to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
- Monitor account performance against KPIs and develop strategies to drive account growth and retention.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the account operations function.
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
