Job Description

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our growing management team of dynamic leaders in a high energy, guest focused and growing sports bar concept. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience while serving a made-from-scratch menu and the best bar drink and cocktail options in town.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate standard operating procedures for guest service
Ensure a high quality of food and drink ingredients and preparation
Train and manage personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

2 years or more in food service, Kitchen and /or Bar management experience a plus.
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail

$65k - $75k Base Pay Based on Experience
