Full-time Working hours: Hours per week Your responsibilities: * Acting as a single point of contact for customers in the automotive industry (OEMs and Tier 1,2) * Handling customer complaints and initiating immediate measures to ensure product quality * Moderating FMEA workshops with the CAQ system Babtec * Assisting with problem solving, implementation, and verification * Conducting or supporting internal and external audits * Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve processes and procedures"
