Family-owned company seeking a full-time architect for civil engineering projects in Berlin-Brandenburg (m/f/d)

Requirements as a civil engineering designer (m/f/d):

Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Experience in civil engineering
Interest in a technical profession
Interest in our areas of expertise (especially rainwater management)
Completed degree in engineering

And if you really want to impress, you have first-hand experience with the following regulations: DWA-A 102, 117, 118, 138, DWA-M153, DIN , RStO12; first-hand experience in rainwater management, hydraulic calculations, etc., road construction planning.

Tasks of a civil engineering technician (m/f/d):

Conceptual development of civil engineering solutions
Creation of technical plans
Creation of technical drawings (Autodesk AutoCAD), with a focus on rainwater management (dimensioning of retention areas, pipeline networks, infiltration systems), and road construction (elevation planning, design of road structures, etc.)
Submission of applications
Cost calculations
Assistance in the creation of performance specifications and billing
Communication with clients and authorities
Support in onsite construction supervision
Processing of all phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services
