Tasks:

  • Development of new concepts and functions in the field of motion profiles CIP-Sync, CiA402 and PROFIdrive with a focus on electric drive functions
  • Collaboration in the creation of automated tests for functional safety FSoE, PROFIsafe and CIP Safety
  • Contact person for technical support and sales
  • Development of FMUs for a digital twin
  • Conducting integration tests and collaboration in system tests
  • Creation of documentation for requirements, architecture and design
  • Support of platform development throughout the entire lifecycle and creation of schedules

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed technical studies in the field of software engineering, technical informatics or electrical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in object-oriented programming based on common PLC dialects (IEC61131 and Python)
  • Application experience in the field of electric drive technology and drive profiles CIP-Sync, CiA402 and PROFIdrive
  • Experience in control programming (CodeSys, TwinCat, Omron and Lenze)
  • Knowledge of Matlab or Simulink
  • Proficient in common MS Office tools and ideally user knowledge in tools for requirement management and revision
