We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to respond to our customer warranty issues involving our window and door product lines.

This position requires heavy traveling to customer locations throughout the North Carolina and South Carolina territories.


Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Inspecting and repairing our window and door products.
• Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Road travel and overnight stays once a month
• Extremely organized, motivated and disciplined individual
• Must be able to work independently and with a team

Prior experience in the construction, carpentry and building industry is preferred. Must maintain a valid and clean driver's license record at all times. Must be computer literate
