    Are you passionate about innovation in the food industry? Do you have a knack for designing sustainable packaging solutions? If so, Simply Good Foods is looking for you

    As the Packaging Engineer Manager, you'll lead the charge in creating innovative, cost-effective packaging designs that align with our mission of delivering radically nutritious and delicious food.

    You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive projects forward, and contribute to the strategic and operational success of our packaging initiatives.


    What You'll Do:
    Develop and execute packaging structures that meet marketing, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
    Manage multiple packaging projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Drive innovation in packaging design and materials to enhance product performance, shelf appeal, and sustainability.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the packaging engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.


    What We're Looking For:
    Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
    6+ years of experience in CPG, with at least 4 years of people leadership experience.
    Proven technical packaging design experience within the food industry.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
