Soni's well-known client is seeking to add a

Direct Purchasing Manager

to their growing team.

The Direct Purchasing Manager position offers a dynamic role overseeing a small team, with a focus on collaboration between the Engineering and Manufacturing teams in a company managing three bottling plants.

Responsibilities include supervising a maintenance team, ensuring alignment between teams, and implementing new processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency.

This role emphasizes process improvement, requiring a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to read a room, and a proactive attitude in pushing back when necessary.

The successful candidate will maintain a positive and flexible disposition, work diligently on devising new, defined processes, and effectively control costs to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

5+ years of Supply Chain/Purchasing experience

Experience handling contracts and PO's

Previous leadership experience

Preferred Skills:
Experience with IFS or similar ERP system such as SAP

Supply Chain Certification

Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
