- Sell equipment, parts, services, and technology solutions to customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Coordinate field demonstrations and machinery operations at customer sites.
- Maintain knowledge of equipment values for trade-ins.
- Collaborate with sales support for order processing and follow-up.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Present a professional image to customers and the community.
- Participate in company-sponsored training and communication efforts.
- Maintain a positive relationship with colleagues and management.
- Perform assigned duties professionally and efficiently.
- Job Requirements:
- Prior sales experience or training.
- Understanding of local market conditions.
- Knowledge of machinery resale values preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and health card preferred.
- Ability to load and unload equipment.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S.
