For our client, a major healthcare provider in Hesse, we are currently seeking a Senior Physician (m/f/d) for Neurosurgery.

The hospital is an academic teaching hospital and provides care for inpatient and outpatient patients in over 20 different departments. The Neurosurgery department is established as its own section within the hospital and performs procedures in acute cranial neurosurgery, as well as the entire spectrum of spinal surgery and surgery of peripheral nerves.

The clinic is located in an attractive city near the Fulda river, perfect for long walks along the river. On your days off, you can look forward to visiting the city's castle or taking a trip to the nearby metropolis of Kassel.

Your responsibilities - challenging and diverse

  • Independent surgical and conservative care for neurosurgical patients
  • Supervision of inpatient care for neurosurgical patients
  • Training of junior doctors (m/f/d)
  • Participation in neurosurgical on-call services

Your profile - professional and personal

  • Specialist (m/f/d) in Neurosurgery
  • Experience in spinal neurosurgery, including stabilizing procedures
  • Proficiency in cranial neurotraumatology
