- Ensuring product is priced for customer ease and sized as necessary.
- Providing fulfillment - ability to pick and ship on-line orders.
- Providing basic understanding of inventory and assisting in receiving and with transfers.
- Establishing, maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming atmosphere of the sales floor, register area, outside common and back-end areas
- Sweeping/Mopping/Vacuuming/Dusting/Cleaning;
- Gathering and removing trash and recycling;
- Cleaning restrooms, break room, office space, storage and receiving areas;
- Performing seasonal work such as snow removal, outdoor table and chair maintenance.
- Communicating the need to reorder supplies and retail goods to leadership.
- Counting physical inventory.
- Notifying buyers of mislabeled, defective, and damaged merchandise.
- Tagging and re-labeling merchandise for floor or back stocking.
- Contributing to sales goals.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities
Position Summary
We are seeking great customer service representatives to work part time in the Moscow VandalStore.
This position must understand the importance of customer engagement and provide exceptional customer service. Uses knowledge of and skill in applying the principals of retail sales including pricing, stocking and ensuring customer satisfaction with merchandise; knowledge of the line of merchandise sold in the VandalStore; ability to learn and apply policies and procedures as they relate to the position; ability to apply the product knowledge gained to meet the customer's needs; ability to keep accurate sale and inventory records; ability to process inter-departmental and student charges; ability to present a positive attitude about the products sold in the VandalStore; ability to communicate effectively; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to carry out store opening and closing procedures; ability to work safely.
**Seasonal, holiday and weekend availability are essential. This position is available through the school year, during university breaks and the summer.
