Description

What You Will Do

Track project forecast & billing status. Monitor variances and make adjustments.
Understand and build ad hoc spreadsheets upon request.
Timesheet tracking, approvals.
General project management (DA).
Working closely with the finance team to track invoices and billing.
Project budget tracking and reporting.
Fieldglass/Clarity/Wand/Time Tracking related work.
Resource onboarding into GalaxE and Client systems.
Working closely with Delivery, Recruiting team and HR.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

1-2 years' professional experience in a corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Looking for past experience in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Specialist or Data Coordinator.
Experience with VLookup, pivot tables and formulas in Excel.
Spreadsheet and data proficiency (MS Excel) - Excel proficiency is a must.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with MS Outlook Calendar, creating \ sending meeting invites.
MS Office skills; MS Excel skills; some Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint .

Desired:

Experience tracking SOWs, Work Orders and Vendor Contracts for multiple projects.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
