    Warehouse Worker - Safety-Kleen - Buffalo, New York



    Safety-Kleen in Buffalo, New York is currently looking for a Union Warehouse Worker (known internally as a Material Handler) to become part of their safety-oriented team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with efficiently carrying out all assigned warehouse responsibilities in a secure and reliable manner.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a commitment to Health and Safety by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
    • Load and unload delivery trucks
    • Restock the warehouse upon the arrival of materials from the Distribution Center
    • Prepare waste shipments for transfer to Recycle Center/Distribution Center
    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
    • Support inventory management processes

    Requirements to join Safety-Kleen:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Capacity to work autonomously while ensuring efficiency
    • Physical fitness to fulfill job requirements
    • Strong communication and problems solving skills
    • Familiarity with waste documentation like labels, manifests, and load sheets
    • Preferably, experience with forklift operation and warehouse tasks
