    Summary Description: The Clinic Director oversees the management and supervision of a Mental Health Outpatient Treatment Rehabilitative Service (MHOTRS), a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), ensuring the delivery of comprehensive mental health, substance use, and primary care services. They support recovery-focused practices, maintain program integrity, and foster collaborative relationships within the community.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee day-to-day total performance of the clinic operations, including scheduling maximization, staffing, and facility management.
    2. Develop and nurture relationships with community agencies and potential referral sources to enhance client access and engagement.
    3. Work in collaboration with agency systems (HR, Data, Quality, Compliance, Finance).
    4. Participate in budget oversight, fiscal reporting, and resource allocation to optimize program sustainability and growth.
    5. Responsible for clinic billables, meeting service provision targets.
    6. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
    7. Analyze data, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to monitor program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
    8. Ensure documentation compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of client records.
    9. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based interventions to continuously improve service delivery and outcomes.
    10. Participate in the on-call clinic rotating schedule.
    11. Provide clinical coverage when needed for clients and care continuity.
    12. Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the clinic environment, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere for staff and clients alike.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    1. Clinic service utilization rates and patient satisfaction scores, reflect accessibility, effectiveness, and client experience.
    2. Budget adherence and revenue generation through successful partnerships and referral relationships.
    3. Staff retention rates and performance evaluations, indicating organizational health and employee engagement.
    4. Compliance with regulatory standards and documentation accuracy, mitigating risk and ensuring quality care delivery.
    5. Achievement of program development goals and community outreach outcomes, expanding service reach and impact.

    Requirements:

    1. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with current, unrestricted New York State licensure.
    2. Proven experience in behavioral health integrated management and program development, clinics preferably in a CCBHC or similar setting.
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
    4. Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
    5. Clearances from NYS Justice Center, Medicaid Exclusion List, and NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).
    6. Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
