POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Manager, Enterprise Business Systems & Applications will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of core business systems, including ERP, eCommerce, web, and mobile applications. This role oversees mission-critical platforms, drives cross-functional technology initiatives, and ensures operational stability, scalability, and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development, implementation, optimization, and long-term roadmap of enterprise applications, including ERP, eCommerce, web, and mobile platforms
• Oversee multiple concurrent technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and external vendors to identify enhancements and resolve complex system challenges
• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team across project management, QA, and technical support
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience
• Leverage performance metrics, user feedback, and industry best practices to drive continuous system and process improvement
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, workflows, and user guides
• Lead initiatives to strengthen system performance, security, stability, and enterprise-wide integrations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• At least six years of progressive experience in enterprise applications management or a closely related role
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing enterprise application environments and cross-functional technical teams
• Expertise in enterprise applications, ERP systems, web technologies, and mobile application ecosystems is a must
• Strong project management capabilities with experience delivering complex, business-critical initiatives
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with ERP and eCommerce integrations; familiarity with Sage X3, Magento, or comparable platforms is highly valued

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive salary up to $135k/yr (DOE) plus their full benefit offerings.
