Your tasks and responsibilities
  • During your practical phases at the Employment Agency and Job Center, you will always have direct contact with clients.
  • You will personally and over the phone handle inquiries, such as registering for unemployment benefits, as the first point of contact.
  • You will also assist clients in filling out applications and process them, always keeping an eye on legal regulations.
