ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lana Richards State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for an energetic, outgoing person to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful longlasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (or must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (or must be able to obtain)
