We are currently looking for a friendly and upbeat Recruiter (m/f/d) on behalf of a mindful client in Oberhausen

Your responsibilities:

  • Contacting incoming leads (applications; salespeople/promoters for various nationwide locations)
  • Initial contact through 5 questions
  • Scheduling followup conversations (to be conducted by respective projects)

Your profile:

  • Experience in recruiting or call center experience preferred
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
