To support our rapid growth in Europe, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with potential for growth to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Serving as the main HR contact for Country Managers in our European organization, developing a comprehensive people strategy to support business objectives.
Taking charge of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding for our country teams.
Collaborating with the HR Lead for Europe and the business to design and develop our organization.
Consulting, supporting, and coaching leaders on all matters related to people management, building effective teams, and managing team/organizational changes.
Assisting business leaders in driving team performance and talent management, promoting an open feedback culture.
Playing an active role in cocreating and optimizing HR processes to meet the company's growth and needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven experience and excellence in HR Business Partnership, preferably in a rapidly growing, innovationdriven company (Talent Acquisition and Development, Organization Development, Culture).
Experience in biotech/pharma and a passion for the healthcare industry is a plus.
