We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.

Your role will involve handling customer inquiries and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Provide information about our services
• Assist customer with special requests or accommodations
• Resolve customer issues in a professional manner
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in using phone systems, PoS system, and other office equipment
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish and English)
• Familiarity with Dry Cleaning operations/services is an asset
