Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone like you for the construction phases V to VIII

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction phase V (execution or detailed planning)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in construction phases VI-VIII (tendering, awarding, and construction management)
  • Excellent CAD skills, preferably in ARCHICAD
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, resilient, communicative, and a team player
  • Able to enforce deadlines, costs, and quality requirements
