JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Operations plays a key role in organizing and managing various departments within Lexington Clinic Operations. This position involves overseeing daily operations, contributing to problem-solving and program development, establishing policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supervising the Operations Management Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates should have formal training in Health Administration, Business, or a related field. Ideal candidates will possess extensive practice management experience, strong leadership skills, knowledge of healthcare practices, and proficiency in communication and business management.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
The role requires the ability to move, position oneself, and remain stationary for extended periods.
