We are looking for you (tax clerk or equivalent) for the position of Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) in part-time (20 to 30 hours/week) for our location in Essen, Seven Hills, OH:

MCE CONSULT AG is a consulting company that provides services in the construction industry. With around 70 employees, we are represented throughout Germany. Our clients include both public and private clients, medium-sized companies, well-known corporations, as well as planning and engineering offices. Our clients cover a wide range of fields of activity.

We offer our consulting services in the areas of road and railway construction, civil engineering, engineering and turnkey construction, plant and power plant construction, tunnel construction, water engineering, and building services.


Along the entire value chain of project management and beyond, we offer our clients specialized, individually tailored services, including construction management support, contract and claim management, and project management.


Your tasks:


  • Posting and booking of invoices
  • Participation in the VAT return
  • General correspondence
  • Review and processing of travel expense reports

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Good knowledge in the field of accounting
  • DATEV knowledge desirable
  • Strong sense of responsibility and discretion
  • High level of reliability, commitment, and accuracy
  • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
