    About the job Area Sales Manager Aesthetic Capital Equipment DescriptionTHE CLIENT IS A GLOBAL LEADER IN AESTHETIC CAPITAL EQUIPMENTCAPITAL EQUIPMENT SALES EXPERIENCE SELLING LASERS CURRENTLY TO DERMATOLOGISTS, PLASTIC SURGEONS, MED SPAS IS WHAT THIS CLIENT IS LOOKING FORBenefits$75k base, commission is uncapped - est.

    $350k+, top 12% make $600k+,car allowance $625/mo., gas, travel expenses, etc.
    NO PHARMACEUTICAL SALES REPSTerritory
    • ME/NH/VT/MA/RI/EASTERN CT*Must be willing to travel 3 to 4 overnights a week.
    60% travel as needed.

    Monday through Friday, some nights, and weekends whatever it takes.*Reports to: Regional Sales ManagerSummaryThe Area Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and executing the client's sales methods in their designated geographical area.

    Area Sales Managers responsibilities include presenting the client's products to potential prospects, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell the client's products.

    Ultimately, you will help the client grow their customer base and establish their reputation in your assigned region.

    Meet or Exceed quota established for a specific territoryGenerate leads by cold calling in person and on the phoneAnswer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional servicesAttend conventions and represent the clientMove customers through the sales cycleCreate and close emotional sales opportunitiesThrive in an extremely fast-paced work environmentJuggle multiple time-sensitive processes at oncePossess the grit and determination to deal with rejection and continue onDeal with customer objections and turn them into a saleThe unquenchable thirst to sellPerform product demosDevelop and utilize all assets, reference sites, Company's clinical specialists, and partner personnel within the Territory to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.

    Cross-sell productsCollaborate with sales representatives in and out of assigned territory to share best practices, support a cohesive sales approach to meet individual and group sales quotas.

    Satisfy all the Company's Customer Care and Finance requirements as establishedProvide timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the Regional Sales Director regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline through the CRM database (Salesforce).Build relationships with dermatologists or plastic surgeons (including ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons, Urologists, OB/GYN, and private Practice Physicians)Assist in closing deals with Territory Sales ManagersMentor and provide support for the Territory Sales Managers.

    Carries a quota in the seven figure rangeMust be able to close a dealCompetenciesInitiativeProblem Solving/AnalysisTechnical CapacityOrganizational SkillsCommunication ProficiencyAbility to retain large amounts of informationSupervisory ResponsibilityNo direct reports would assist in mentoring Territory Sales ManagersWork Environment This job operates in a remote compacity.

    You will utilize standard office equipment such as tables, computers, and cell phones. You will also be in Drs offices and Spas.

    The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

    TravelThis position requires 60% travel as needed.
