We are looking for team leaders (m/f/d) for our location in Lauenburg, responsible for fleet logistics.

Challenges for team players:
Our commercial vehicles play a crucial role in our textile rental service.

They are used by our service drivers to deliver clean textiles to our customers and pick them up after use.

In this role, you will be responsible for cost and result-oriented personnel and route planning, as well as the deployment of our commercial vehicles.

Whether it's washing sites or hubs - you ensure the utilization of all service drivers and vehicles under your supervision.

You also keep the goals of the location and the implementation of quality management in mind. Compliance with all legal requirements is a matter of course for you. You also prioritize workplace and traffic safety. You identify potential for optimization and work on implementing the agreed measures.

Together with the responsible department manager, you take on responsible leadership tasks:

You lead and support your service drivers professionally, develop the team further, and keep an eye on both the small details and the "big picture".

Communicating with employees, superiors, and all internal interfaces is a pleasure for you and goes without saying.
