- Provide day to day oversight of multiple engagements, interacting directly with clients
- Facilitate delivery of effective approaches to our clients tax needs
- Supervise engagement team
- Mentor and develop engagement teams providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance
- Perform tax research
- Prepare and review tax returns
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
- 7 or more years public accounting tax experience
- CPA required
- Must be experienced with tax research and preparation of correspondence
- Must be comfortable with managing a $750,000 or larger per year client list
- Must be able to consistently achieve a 90% or better realization
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable and effective managing, motivating, and mentoring staff
- Experience with merger and acquisition tax representation
- International in-bound and out-bound experience is a plus

As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients and firm management to handle questions, planning, and other business matters. Review advanced business and individual tax returns, estimates and year-end tax planning. You will research tax issues and prepare research memos. Identify, assess, and escalate tax related issues to engagement Lead. Collaborate with client team members building rapport and strong client relationships.
