We are seeking a Tax Manager to serve as the main contact for client interactions in traditional tax
and accounting services, financial and estate planning, and occasionally support attorneys as
forensic accountants and expert witnesses.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, goal-driven, dependable, eager to learn, possess excellent
communication skills, and have a fun, positive attitude. We offer a flexible work-from-home schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Train and advise staff on tax updates, as well as review and evaluate their work.
Take charge of the firm's technical expertise in one or more specialized areas.
Manage multiple clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their businesses.
Represent clients in dealings with tax authorities.
Monitor the progress of engagements for assigned clients, ensuring adherence to budgets and

deadlines.

Handle billing and collections for assigned clients.
Represent the firm within the community and foster relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
CPA License required.
Valid Driver's License.

Requirements:

At least five (5) years of public accounting experience.
Must be a licensed CPA
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, confident, hardworking, analytical, creative, and a team player.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and sales skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office products, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
Strong organizational, delegation, and time management skills to set priorities and meet

deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams.
