We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Assistant and Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Oberursel as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Entering contact information into the customer database and maintaining data in this CRM tool Acting as a point of contact for our customers regarding quotes, pricing and delivery inquiries, complaints, etc.

Creating quotes and processing orders from entry to invoicing Handling tender processes in collaboration with sales and technical specialists Correspondence, ordering and monitoring of goods traffic Sales support communication in coordination with sales and marketing Maintaining statistics Document management Your profile:
