RN, Hospice Team Manager


We are seeking a compassionate RN who has the very special gift of hospice nursing and leadership to join our team of 5 Hospice Team Managers in leading our Hospice Community Team.


What will you do?

  • Oversee and supervise an interdisciplinary hospice team of professionals
  • Direct and participate in the weekly hospice interdisciplinary group meetings
  • Oversee and supervise the daytoday activities assuring quality patient care is provided on a 24hour, 7day basis
  • Participate in the Manager oncall rotation with the other hospice managers

What is needed for success in this role?

  • Licensure as an RN in the State of Michigan
  • At least 12 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or med/surg setting
  • Prior hospice nursing experience is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills to chart in the EMR are essential
