We are looking for several telephone customer service representatives (m/f/d) for various and long-term projects in Kannapolis, NC.Your responsibilities:
- Providing telephone support to new and/or existing customers
- Organizing interesting and challenging projects
- Scheduling appointments
- Cross/ upselling
- General back office tasks
Your profile:
- Experience in telephone customer service
- Confident and friendly telephone manner with a passion for helping customers with their inquiries
- Preferably with sales experience
- Flexible working hours are a given for you
- A confident, friendly, and professional demeanor completes your profile
