Training as a Business Administrator (m/f/d) at Mount Sinai

Do you enjoy working in a team and want tasks that challenge you and promote your organizational skills? As a business administrator at Mount Sinai, you will handle administrative tasks as well as department-specific administrative duties. You can expect a variety of daily tasks, such as managing invoices, monitoring payments, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and supporting company events. You will also have frequent contact with customers and colleagues.

What to expect
  • You will be assigned to various administrative areas and primarily handle administrative tasks, as well as department-specific business administrative duties.
  • Business administrators are needed in departments such as secretariats, procurement, marketing, sales, human resources, and finance and accounting.
  • During your training, you will also attend additional English classes, which will prepare you to communicate with international customers and business partners.
Requirements
  • A good secondary school diploma or higher education qualification.
  • Good grades in German, mathematics, and English.
