At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Dispatcher for Personnel and Vehicles in the Control Center Plus (m/f/d) for DB Regio AG at the Frankfurt (Main) location.
Your tasks:
  • You will dispatch personnel and vehicles for the S-Bahn traffic in the entire Rhine-Main area, taking into account legal, tariff and economic conditions
  • You are responsible for the duty roster of train drivers, especially for personnel for ad hoc services, and update the deployment plan and ensure communication and documentation of changes
  • You are responsible for checking the start of duty of employees and reliably manage the timely dispatch in case of delays or illness
  • You will use our personnel in the best possible way, inform colleagues about deviations and ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
  • Your workday will be characterized by close cooperation with train personnel and other interfaces
  • You are able to handle different people individually and find confident and quick solutions in conflict situations
Your profile:
  • You have completed vocational training in the field of transportation, transport or logistics, and further training, e.g. as a train traffic controller, is advantageous
  • You have already gained professional experience as a dispatcher
  • Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of the geographical and procedural conditions of the S-Bahn Rhine-M
