- Provide clinical support for the hospital pharmacy function in a fastpaced environment.
- Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
- Ensure accurate and clear instruction for patients regarding medications to be used postdischarge.
- Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
- Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
- Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
- Active/clear MI state pharmacist licensure.
- BLS certification if required by the State.
- At least 3 years of hospital experience.
- Pharm D or BS Pharm with advanced degree or pletion of hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
- Understanding of patient needs with a focus on ensuring each patient feels informed, understood, and heard.
