Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Manchester location. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving processes, ensuring profitability, and driving business growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, project management, and supervisory skills.


Duties:

• Manage and optimize all aspects of operations to achieve company goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business objectives
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives

Pay:
$70, $85,000.00 per year
