- Familiarity with distribution processes, warehouse operations, equipment, and understanding of Viking Electric products and systems preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations or willingness to learn and enforce them.

Assistant Operations Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:00am Start Time*
Oshkosh, WI
The ideal candidate will support various operational functions at a specific location following Viking Electric standard procedures closely overseen by an Operations Manager. They will directly supervise Drivers, Inventory Specialists, and Receiving associates, ensuring safety, workforce management, receiving, shipping, material management, facility operations, delivery, sales, inventory, and asset control. The role involves providing excellent customer service and accurate order processing within budget limitations. Maintaining operational KPIs and quality standards will be crucial.
