Duties:

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer or designee, performs evaluations, diagnoses, ongoing assessments, and treatment of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and/or developmental disabilities.

Identifies client needs, makes treatment plans and referrals, and provides medication management and psycho-educational support in collaboration with existing medical staff and program;

Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree
Graduate of an accredited PA or NP Program.
Three (3) years experience working as a Certified Physician Assistant AND three (3) years clinical experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or developmental disabilities, including assessment, medication management, and crisis intervention in the outpatient or inpatient setting.
