Industrial Quick Search is seeking an
Office Manager. As a leading player in the industrial advertising industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Office Manager to join our team. The
Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.


Required Qualifications:


  • Must have experience or good knowledge of Quick Books and Excel.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity are important aspects of the work we do.
  • Communication skills and working well with others (i.e. clients, vendors, employees)
  • Associate's degree in business/accounting is preferred, bookkeeping experience is a plus

Job Duties:


  • Contract/accounting administration.
  • Create and send invoices.
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Customer Invoice Follow up.
  • Monthly Reconciliations.
  • Monthly Budget updates.
  • Accounts payable
Training will be provided.


Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation will be determined based on education and experience. Work status may be part-time or full-time, depending on availability. Employee benefits for full-time workers include health insurance and an employer-matched 401k investment program.


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
